At Chatri Solar, we prioritize customer satisfaction. We offer a 7-day return policy, meaning you have a period of 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Please note that only items that have not been installed and remain sealed in their original packaging are eligible for a return.

To qualify for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when it was received – unused, with all original tags attached, and housed in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

Damages and Issues:

We urge you to inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if the wrong item has been delivered. We will promptly evaluate the issue and rectify it.

Exchanges:

To ensure you get the product you want, we recommend returning the item you currently have. Once we accept the return, proceed to make a separate purchase for the desired item.

Refunds:

Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be initiated to your original method of payment within 15 business days.

Kindly note that your bank or credit card company may take some time to process the refund.
